    • Groups are assigned the task today of writing a poem of at least three stanzas that is accentual and syllabic (a metric form) and a rhyme scheme.  Poems may not be free verse, Haiku or limericks.  Students may use sample poems handouts for inspiration.  Continue Monday.  Prizes for best poems in the class.
